Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
